Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at francoiseandcompany@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received an item that is defective or damaged due to transit you must contact us within 2 business days in order to receive a non defective item. We are not responsible for items that are defected in transit or left in extreme heat which may cause distortion on some heat sensitive items.

Please note that our items are hand-made pieces and should be dry cleaned only. Iron low heat. We recommend following the care instructions for the items to ensure its longevity and quality.

Hats have adjustable sizing. Women's specialized items fit true to size, and all hoodies and t-shirts are unisex.
