As a reminder, every hat is individually handcrafted by me—from placing each floral detail to carefully applying every crystal and finishing touch. These are not mass-produced products, and I take pride in ensuring each piece receives the attention and care it deserves.
While our standard processing time is 7–10 business days, the extraordinary volume of orders has extended production times. I'm working diligently, one order at a time, in the order they were received, to ensure every customer receives the quality they've come to expect from Francoise & Company.
