No store credits or exchanges on custom orders.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at francoiseandcompany@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If you have received an item that is defective or damaged due to transit you must contact us within 2 business days in order to receive a non defective item. We are not responsible for items that are defected in transit or left in extreme heat which may cause distortion on some heat sensitive items.

 

Cancellation of orders:

When you place an order you cannot cancel the order for any reason. You can make changes to the order within 24 hours. Any changes must be emailed to francoiseandcompany@gmail.com. Please include your name (first and last) in the subject line. If 24 hours has passed, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE!

 

Lost or Stolen E-Giftcards

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Francoise & Company LLC shall not have liability to you for lost or stolen E-Gift Cards or use of any E-Gift Cards by third parties through your Francoise & Company account. 

Protect your password - you are responsible for keeping the password/pin for your Francoise & Company account safe and for any activity conducted under your account.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Francoise & Company E-Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law.
