Customize your own rose fitted cap by including the team name and color in the seller's notes. We strive to meet all of your customization requests and will contact you within 24-48 hours to provide design proofs or request additional information if needed. 

Please keep in mind that this product is custom-made and may take up to 2 weeks to produce, depending on the availability of the hat you have requested. Pricing may be adjusted for customizations outside of the base rose fitted design (such as vintage options, snapbacks, or rhinestone additions).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at francoiseandcompany@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If you have received an item that is defective or damaged due to transit you must contact us within 2 business days in order to receive a non defective item. We are not responsible for items that are defected in transit or left in extreme heat which may cause distortion on some heat sensitive items.

Care Instructions

Please note that our items are hand-made pieces and should be dry cleaned only. Iron low heat. We recommend following the care instructions for the items to ensure its longevity and quality.

Sizing

Hats have adjustable sizing. Women's specialized items fit true to size, and all hoodies and t-shirts are unisex.
